I have booked a hotel on *nd june **** and then cancelled the booking. I would have recieved ***% refund but Goibibo haven’t processed my refund till today ** june ****. After making multiple calls and writing emails to their customer care there is no response on mu refund status. The amount should have been credited in my go cash or bank account but still there is no action from their side.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
