Goibbo - GOIBIBO FRAUD HOTEL PICTURES

I have visited Vrindavan with my family in *st week of May **** and booked hotel from Goibibo. He has posted such a nice picture (fake) on there website which is totally opposite in real. We reached there the name of the hotel is Star Kamala Dham Vrindavan. We had booked * rooms * for our parents and * for ourselves with wife and Daughter They charged around **** for the room and property wise it is * star. But when we arrived we thought they were following covid precautions, but no one was wearing a mask, everyone was sweating. And so much dirty,mosquito, leaking in the room Bedsheets are used. Tear And my * year old daughter got bitten by many mosquitoes and she became unwell, we complained to the property manager, he said sorry. And it's been ** days now that we are complaining to Goibibo .but they are lying only. I want my money back, that's all I need
