Pranay filed complaint against Goibbo on Oct 3, 2021
We had booked an Emirates flight from Goibibo for Bengalure - dubai and return . The Airlines changed the date of our Flight. We requested Goibibo to update our flight to previous date to which they agreed. Now it is * week, our tickets are not booked and on reaching to Goibibo they are asking to pay difference amount -***** , and on top of that not replying from past ** hrs.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
