- GOBIBO Wrong booking of DEL to CCU flight ticket for which loss and harassment Open

We booked ticket on **/**/**** (at **.** pm * days before journey date) for journey from CCU to DEL on **/**/**** by Flight AI** departure – **.** AM & for DEL to CCU on **/**/**** Flight No. AI-*** departure *.** AM. For which **,***/- was deducted from my account. Instantly, I received mail & message for Ticket CCU to DEL, PNR for which is Y*DPJ by AI-**. But the ticket from DEL to CCU not received in my mail o. Message received “ it is under process”, PNR – Y*E** By AI -*** .
Till **/**/**** Ticket for **/**/**** from DEL to CCU not received from Goibibo in my mail. I informed it by Wapp. Reply Message received from Your department that Status- scheduled (copy attached). Next message received that Status- confirmed PNR Y*E** “ Your e-ticket has been sent to your registered email id and phone No”. I check my mail & msg. But seen no ticket or message received from your side.
On **/**/**** at the time of getting Boarding Pass for flight AI-** from Air India Kiosk at Kolkata Airport, I enquired about my return flight AI-*** ticket by PNR Y*E**, They told that the PNR shows cancelled. It is came to know from the Air India Kiosk that there was double booking in favour of us in same flight AI-**, i.e. two PNR (Y*DPJ & H***L) booked {copy of ticket enclosed}. I have no information about the *nd PNR in same flight in my mail or by msg. How is it possible? I took the print out of PNR H***L ticket from Air India Kiosk. Instantly I inform the same to your department & they apologize by mail & refund me Rs. ****/- (copy attached).
But here the story is not end.
We have to return from **/**/**** from DEL to CCU by air. So we booked ticket from your site (GOIBIBO) by Rs. **,*** by Air Asia Flight No. ***** departure **.**.
Now come to the point:
*. Why we have paid **,***/- extra fare for your irresponsible service? The earlier booked ticket for us for the date **/**/**** from DEL to CCU refunded by you is Rs. *.***/- due to your wrong service. To fly on the same day i.e. on **/**/**** I booked Air Asia Flight for DEL - CCU from your site for Rs. **,***/-the departure of which is **.**.
*. If we know that the PNR for this way was cancelled on the date of our booking on **/**/****, we can book for that trip in low price then & then on the same date. But your office till **/**/**** intimated us by message for “waiting”, “Ticket confirm”, “ Ticket sent in my mail and also check message” (copy of the screen shot attached herewith).
*. For your discrepancy I have to pay double fare to fly from DEL to CCU on **/**/****. Rs. ****/- extra (Air Asia Flight No. ***** PNR-V**WN.
*. I am a working lady, also I faced problem to reach office. I could not attend office on **/**/****. Our earlier booking for **/**/**** by Flight AI-*** Dep time was **.** Am. But for your discrepancy I have to book flight for DEL-CCU Air Asia Flight No. ***** Dep-**.**, for which I could not attend office that day. It was a great loss for me.
*. My husband Chittaranjan Gupta is a neuro patient. Why we have faced trouble for your wrong service?
In connection with the above your refunding for wrong booking Rs. *,***/- is not a conclusion of the trip. As you are responsible for our trip from DEL-CCU ticket for the date **/**/****, for which we paid Rs. *,***/- extra. You are bound to refund this amount i.e. Rs.*,***/-.
So it is my request to You kindly refund me Rs.*,***/- immediately, otherwise we will lodged complaint against GOIBIBO in the Consumer Forum.
