I had purchased a Woodkala King Size Bed (Order #****) and paid Rs.***** through PayUmoney internet banking on ** October ****. The furniture was not delivered to me and I have not received a refund. I have reported the above matter to Cultkala several times over telephone and SMS. Specifically, I have spoken to Mr Mohit Dave and Mr Kapil Dave. Mr Mohit Dave had sent me a cheque but the cheque bounced due to insufficient funds. This has caused me additional inconvenience and harassment.
Despite all my pleadings they have not refunded the amount that I had paid. This is regrettable and highly unprofessional. I want them to compensate me for the losses I have suffered.
