I Booked Round Trip Air Tickets Through Easemytrip To Travel To Delhi On March **. My Total Ticket Cost Was Around Rs **,***/-. EaseMyTrip booking ID EMT********. But Due To Corona Pandemic I Had To Cancel The Plan. Communicated The Same To AirVistara And They Were Very Professional In Confirming Full Refund For My Tickets As Per Govt Of India Guidelines. AirVistara Also Communicated The Same To Easemytrip Over Email. But Easemytrip Paid Me Only Rs **,***/-. Another Rs **,***/- Is Still Pending. It Has Been More * Months. I Called Easemytrip **s Of Times And Emailed **+ Times. But So Far No Resolution. Easemytrip Keeps Procrastinating, Never Gives Me A Confirmed Answer As To When They Will Refund My Amount. I Have Lost Of Hours Calling Them, Yelling At Them. But No Use. Very Unprofessional And Very Unethical. Need Help In Getting This Issue Resolved Asap. Thanks A Lot In Advance!!
