Amazon India - Full Refund Not Paid

I purchased a mobile from amazon. Order details- Order date: **-Oct-**** Order Id: ***-*******-******* Order total: **,***.** (* item) paid with credit card Order cancelled because of wrong address mentioned by me and Re-ordered for new address(delivered). The cancelled order refund received(*****) **** rupee less than original paid on Amazon. They are saying they won't refund the remaining amount and I will have to use **** rupee on their website wallet only! They are no-one to say where should I spend my money as they are forcing me to use ****rs only on Amazon and not refunding total amount in my credit card that was original payment method.
