Hello sir/ma'am,
I, Nikhil Roy, took the internet connection from Excited on **th Aug, ****. They gave me the plan of * month at INR ****/-, which include * months extra subscription on **th Aug, ****. But, from day * I had faced the connectivity issue, which increased rapidly with the time. It put huge psychological pressure and torture on me. Most of the time I feel huge mental torture because of This. I feel cheated in this deal with excitel. I request you to please look after the issue. I spoke around ***s time but the issue are same till now.
