- Fraud order generated and Charged extra shipping Closed
I had various purchases with Amazon in the festive sale. Recently I returned one of my order and found that they have issued wring refund to me. On informing them I came to know that they had charged me extra shipping for the order and they are not wiling to refund that amount. But I had not ordered that order alone. I very much remember that. I had ordered two products in that order. In the beginning of this year same issue had been faced by me where they had manipulated my order. When I asked them they sy its not manipulation we shipping order to our convince and assign different order id to it. Same thing they did with my order again. When I bought the kurta it was of Rs.***. I had bought same brand same design kurta in different colour along with it which had more discount. Now they are showing me my order history and saying I had ordered the kurta alone and it was below Rs.*** so they had charged extra and they will not refund delivery extra charge, even if I returned the product. But my point is when I not ordered it my cart had other products and I had checked out with other stuff. So they have committed fraud entry of separating order in my account and charged me... Such big giants have such kind of tactics of looting small small amounts of money..They think customer is ordering in bulk so they won't remember what they ordered and when...I had suffered many case of Fraud with Amazon and had complained with Voxya. My order id is ***-*******-******* and the product is Soch Women's kurta. Order id ***-*******-******* and order id ***-*******-******* where one order when I placed the order and now in my account and order history they are two separate orders. This is shocking that they are soo pathtic that just for Rs.** they are committing Fraud. They are not ready to accept there technical fault has created issue for me. Why should I bear loss again when I never ordered a product paying any shipping extra charge??? Amazon delivery agents come and harass customers early morning for the delivery. They also take extra amount saying they don't have change...Every month they take up **-** Rs. extra. What kind of activities are these??? Amazon#The Frauds#Shame
