I Had booked a ticket for Delhi to Darbhanga for *rd Nov after having a conversation with EaseMyTrip, but the bus service was a fraud and left the Destination point before time, after that day I have called multiple times to EaseMyTrip but they are making a false promise and make me wait for ** hrs and this has been more than ** times but they are not ready to refund my money back
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
