We have booked hotel from site easemytrip.com, for hotel le grandeur, mysore, we made full payment, when we reach there hotel denied the booking and told that they are not tied up with easemytrip.com, when we called easemytrip, they kept us waiting for * hours that they will give a call, they didn't provide the complaint ID, and they didn't call back even once, we feel totally harassed.they didn't provide the resolution.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
