On **th April **** my best friend supposed to fly to India from London Heathrow Airport. He had booked Lufthansa Airline *st and on the day of departure Lufthansa Airline refused him ( With Family - * Adults and * Kids ) due to No Transit Visa of Schengen Countries. He reached the Airport around ** AM. Once airline refused him to board the plane he straightaway called me to confirm the air ticket on his behalf in next available flight. So I checked online and everywhere then I found the cheaper option on Makemytrip to fly around **** AM in Air India. As Air India had * direct flights from London Heathrow Airport to Delhi IGI Airport i carefully selected the one with departure time of **** AM and processed the payment through my credit card of Citi Bank. My booking got stuck and after the wait of ** mins all of sudden make my trip issued the tickets but they confirmed the flight with **** PM departure. I started to call them around **** AM as per Indian standard time on **th April but unfortunately after the hold of ** hr ** mins I was able to speak to make my trip agent. I straightaway asked that you have issued the wrong tickets so pls make the correction. Make my trip refused to make the correction and asked me the penalty of no show and change fee which was around Rs.***** per pax. I was shocked, they made the error and to make their error correct they asked me more money. I asked him to void the ticket but again he refused and asked for a amount of Rs.***** per pax again as a no show charges. Why would I pay the amount of their mistake. As my friend was at the London Heathrow airport he himself make the booking Air India for **** am departure from London Heathrow Airport.
Now I am chasing Make my trip since long and they are not responding or no call ever i received for my query raised through email.
I have all email chain with them.
I am just looking for my money as Citi Bank is chasing me for their bill ( which was used to make the booking ) and i do not have that much of amount available with me.
They are keep charging the interest on my card so I want full amount with interest as it's affecting my cibil too.
