Hello, I have drafted an email to MMT explaining everything in detail. Here I am attaching that email which will help you understand the matter in detail.

I am writing here to complain about the fraudulent activity undertaken by MakeMyTrip agent Priya Verma (priya.verma@makemytrip.in). My booking ID is NL************* and the reference number for this case is *****************, *****************.
I had a family vacation to Dubai from **/**/**** - **/**/**** with a *-night stay in the Atlantis, The Palm Hotel. While planning for the stay at Atlantis, Priya Verma informed us that the stay does not include Aquaventure and Lost chamber tickets. Thus, based on her words we accepted to buy the tickets for five people in our package. But when we arrived at Dubai airport and enquired about the Aquaventure and Lost chamber tickets with the Atlantis, The Palm Hotel counter, we were informed that the tickets are complementary if we are staying at the hotel.

This was **/**/**** and by that time tickets were not issued to us. We immediately informed Priya about this. Tickets were not yet given to us. But even after informing the agent, we were forwarded the tickets on **/**/****, the day we checked in at Atlantis.

Thus, we immediately informed Priya about the situation and she requested this information in writing as proof from Atlantis, The Palm Hotel. We were on vacation but the agent made us rush to different employees at the hotel to get this information in writing. Since it was very obvious to the Atlantis employee that the tickets are complementary to the stay, it became a challenge for us to make them understand that this is a mistake from the MMT agent, and for the MMT agent to understand the mistake we need the obvious information in writing. We had to make a fool of ourselves at the vacation just to prove to the MMT agent that what we are telling her was true and a mistake that she has made. But never mind, we had the information in writing and I'm attaching the email here.
After the email was delivered we did not hear back from the agent for days until we reached out to her multiple times. Her constant reply was that she is trying and talking to her manager (Komal Bhijraj komal.bhojraj@makemytrip.in). Finally, after a couple of days, we are informed by the MMT service team that the ticket is closed and no refund can be issued. Without stating any clear reason as to why this decision is taken the case was closed. Here is a screenshot of the email communication and I am also attaching the entire email chain as a pdf to this email.

We had to start following up with the agent again and this time we got a call from Atul Sharma from the MMT service department (servicesupport@makemytrip.com). To put it in simple words, he was absolutely rude, unprofessional, and very hard to talk to. His English was not proper and his sentences were not well articulated. He repeatedly insisted we take an MMT voucher for Rs. **,*** and this is the most that he can do from his side. Take this offer or you will not get anything were his words. We simply refused to take the offer as this was now a case of FRAUD from the MMT.
We were made to overpay for the tickets and now that they have understood that we have the proof of it, they are trying to cover up by throwing some pennies at us. After a few days, Atul returns the call and offers Rs. **,*** in a refund to compensate for the mistake. My only request was to get a breakdown of how this amount of Rs. **,*** was calculated. Thus, as per my right to information as a customer, I requested him to send me a copy of the invoice for the tickets that were being purchased by the agent and highlight the percentage of the amount that is refunded to me. For example, if the ticket invoice is Rs. *** and you refund me Rs. ** then it is a **% refund, simple. Atul Sharma did not handle this request politely and insisted that this is the maximum refund that can be issued please take it. Since then I haven't received any clarification email or a call from Atul or any other member of the MMT.
My understanding of the situation is that Priya Verma has committed FRAUD under the guidance of her manager Komal Bhojraj. Once they understood that their FRAUD is caught red-handed (by providing the email from the Atlantis team) they had no other option but to loiter around with some excuses of passing the case to another team and wasting time till the matter cools down. Unfortunately to them, we have all the proof of the email communications which puts them in the spotlight. They have none supporting their claim that they are innocent. Each Aquaventure Super pass was for AED *** per person per day. We were sold tickets for five people for the duration of our stay for two days at Atlantis, The Palm Hotel. According to simple maths, we are eligible for a refund of AED ****, and as of today $****.** and Rs. *****.**. The unclaimed tickets are also attached to this email.
Thus I am requesting to claim this amount in my bank account and not some MMT voucher as I trust the service no more. It is a humble request to solve this matter as soon as possible to save everyone precious time. Also, I want to make sure that the people responsible for all the trouble (Priya Verma, Komal Bhijraj, Atul Sharma, and Anshika Maheshwari) are thoroughly scrutinized because they did not understand the severity of the matter. Also, it reflects poorly on the MMT training program as these employees were not professional enough to handle the matter with care and good standards. Their actions put MMT's reputation as a fraudulent service provider. Apart from the refund, I would also want to be compensated for the trouble I had to go through during my vacation and for the past ** days. I hope this email suffices the clarity to understand the fraud conducted by the agent and my ask is justified enough. Although, if any further proof is required, I am happy to provide them as per request.
