It all starts with my order REDMI 5 ( gold, 16GB) and my order number is #407-2451543-4567520 on 09/08/2018 firstly I didn't received ,it was to be delivered on 14/08/2018 but they delivered on 16/08/2018 without informing I received package but after opening I had an unsealed phone box with 4 Rin advanced soaps inside the package. I tried to contact amazon customer service on 16/08/2018 and they assured for investigation but before 5 days they replied that the investigation is done and they will neither replace nor refund after this reply I am also tried in national consumers helpline and amazon executive. I am also send all detail and proof to the company but they directly refused to refund and replace .they reply only dispatch and delivered successfully what they delivered successfully? Shop l am students and l am invest my savings to buy this product also l was payment amazon through online on 09/08/2018 on independence day offers I am financially very weak this amount is valuable for me.
