I purchased Fossil smart from their authorised store on **.**.**** after using it for couple of months I facing some issues in the watch so on *.**.**** I had sent the watch to Fossil to check the issue, they sent me the watch after * to ** days and I found that problem was the same and it became worse then before. now again i raised the issue and sent the watch on **.**.**** since * days they didnt confirm the recpt and suddenly they said they didn't recvd the watch and later after submitting delivery proof they confirmed. Now I have been constantly asking them for an update on my watch by email they never reply and today I get a message that my watch is ready for dispatch. I had clearly told them that I don't want the watch only if they give me a new one and *nd option was refund the full amount of Rs. ***** and compensation of Rs ***** for wasting my time and doing unnecessary follow-ups for so many days.
My humble request to voxya is to take necessary action on this company and let the people know how incompetent they are.
