I had bought a watch from fossil India website by paying amount of Rs.**** by cash on delivery. The product was damaged and I dropped a mail with pictures of it to the customer service of Fossil. They asked me to return and provide bank details for the refund. I did the same. Now it’s been more than a month and I didn’t receive the refund amount. As per the courier people the product has reached back to the fossil warehouse within a week. Also every time I mail or call the customer care they says different excuses for not initiating the refund money. I do have all the details on this in my mail which contains my mails and their responses in a mail thread in my account. Daily basis I am calling the customer service and no proper response at all from their side now.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
