Raghunandana filed complaint against Tatasky on Apr 18, 2019
I had subscribed for an annual pack containing Kannada regional channels in August ****. As per the TRAI directive, migration to a new system should be delayed until the annual plan ends. But Tatasky has migrated my account to the new system themselves. When I contacted them, they are not agreeing to revert back to my annual plan. If I want to view all the channels in the package, I have to spend more than Rs.***/- per month extra.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
