- Food Order not delivered infact delivered to differnet person with same name Closed

My locality has two person named on Customer's name, and the order is delivered to wrong person with same name.
On my further conversation with the delivery agent I got to know that he has delivered the order not directly to wrong person with same name but to a person (the other person's son), who believes that this order might be for his father.
If the investigation specialist can check the GPS location in his system of the delivery agent, you would possibly see that the final destination was never reached by the agent but it was delivered *** metre'sh before my home location ( where the other person live ) and thus the rider has said that this order is for Customer Name and handed over to other person with same name's son who was standing there occasionally. Thus order was never delivered to me.
I asked the agent for the location info he said that he has delivered to the black gate which indeed was the same description of the other location.
This investigation would help the specialist agent to resolve this matter and give me justice and refund of my amount
