Easemytrip.com - Flights Tickets Refund Issue Need my refund in bank account

I HAVE BOOKED FLIGHT TICKETS IN MARCH FOR DELHI- AHEMDABAD - DELHI FOR MY FAMILY MEMBERS **.

DUE TO COVID ** FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED AND INDIGO PLAN TO REFUND THE AMOUNT AS CREDIT SHELL BUT LATER ON DGCA AND SUPREME COURT SAID ALL REFUNDS ( NOT CREDIT SHELL) WILL GET TO SETTLED IN BANK ACCOUNTS.

SO I HAVE BOOKED MY INDIGO FLIGHT TICKESTS THROUGH EASEMYTRIP SITE.

I CONTACTED INDIGO IN SEPTEMBER REGARDING MY REFUND TO BANK ACCOUNT THEY SAID THEY HAVE ALREADY REFUNDED MY MONEY IN JUNE TO EASEMYTRIP ( THIRD PARTY BIG TRAVEL SITE).

WHEN I CONTACTED EMT ( EASEMYTRIP) THEM. THEY SAID THEY WILL PROCESS YOUR REFUND IN SOURCE BANK ACCOUNT IF ANY CASE IT IS NOT REFUNDED IN SOURCE PAYMENT MODE THEN THEY WILL REFUND SOMEWHERE ELSE.

After one or two day they said as below :-
"We apologize for the inconvenience caused. As checked we initiated the refund but refund was failed at bank end, Since the transaction is six months’ old, refund shall be processed in EaseMyTrip’s wallet only which can be used to make future travel booking."

To be very sure on their commitment i contacted to Citibank Credit card team regarding the above same issue. They said they don't have any policies to declined any payment like * month old. I have again contacted them again they said the same.

So I am requesting to you Voxya, I have paid my money ruppes ***** through credit card through EMI.

Also, EMT team got the money from IndiGo in june. But from june to September they have not refunded my money. They are actually enjoying my ***** ruppes.

If they don't Refund my money in bank account how i will pay EMI intrest and all.

Requesting you to take legal notice/action and help me to get my money ***** in bank account with interest of amount since june. ( Same source payment / another bank saving account).
