I have booked * flight tickets from Calicut to Pune through Cleartrip on **/**/****. I made payment through credit card and the payment wa completed. Upon completing the payment I received a message with a certain trip id and no confirmation of tickets. Then on closer inspection I found out the payment was successful and booking failed. I tried contacting them through mail and app support but non of it worked. Kindly help me to get a refund so I can book another ticket as I have an important meeting which I can't miss.
