I booked a flight on March ** from Chennai to Surat and surat to Chennai. I got a call from spice jet customer care about the cancellation of flight on April *th about Chennai to Surat flight which I was on May **th and they informed me about the full refund of my flight ticket within ** working days. Till now I didn't receive my refund. I called customer care executives many times where they are saying the work will be done in ** hours. But still, it was not refunded even after a month. It takes **-** minutes to connect the call to the customer care executive. I lost my time and mentally suffered a lot due to this issue. Yesterday I called for the same to customer care executive where they answered the same answer which they told before as refund takes place in * to * days. I am not in a pot to believe them and even if I asked for a reply via mail about the delay in refund no proper response from there end. Please look up the issue and do the needful.
