I have booked flight ticket on *rd August **** and on **th Aug my airline has denied to Check-in at airport due to transit Visa Issue and Airline asked me to cancel the ticket.

I have called to Easemytrip and asked them to cancel the ticket. they have cancelled the ticket and they have sent email to Airlines for refund amount on **th Aug **:**, Airline has got a mail from Domfly*@easemytrip.com and KLM airline team has replied to that email on **th Aug around *:** AM and they have confirmed to process the full refund.

I have recorded the audio and attached here, please listen.

Now Easemytrip customer care people are telling they haven't get any email from the Airline and they cannot process the refund.

And Easemytrip has cancelled my ticket by selecting option "No Show". It means I have not went to the airport before boarding time. I dont know why they have selected this option. This is clearly saying they are lying.

Please help me to get my hard earned money.
