Trishla Chawda filed complaint against Make My Trip on Sep 15, 2017
I have booked the tickets from Bangalore to Pune on **th October and Pune to Banalore on **th October But i Received the Tickets for the Month of September.
After Contacting Make My Trip Customer Care Person Rizwan Khan He told I am unable to fetch your LOG Details of booking now so I will Get back to you Tomorrow But He did not call next Day.
Next Day I tried from Morning to contact the Make My Trip Customer Care But i was not able to Connect the call, Call was auto Disconnecting. After Selecting the Different Option for Connecting the call they have connected the call to the Customer.
I talked with the Person Debashish He told we have LOG details I can see that you have booked for **th September and **th September. I asked to send the LOGs details after checking the LOG there was no Details in LOGs that i have Booked the Tickets in September. I asked him to send the Full Details but he did not send.
I asked to connect the Call with Higher authority he Gave call to his Supervisor kuldeep He also unable to solve the Issue He also asked to wait for ** Hours to resolve it.
I am attaching the LOGs Details provided by the Customer Care Person Debashish.
