Goibbo - Flight cancelled cash not refund

My name is jitheesh vc I work in lucknow .I booked the flight of lucknow to kochi on **th July **** through sbi credit card app on **th June **** which was canceled a few days later and I spoke to goair's customer service and they gave me two options I chose the cash refund option and they canceled my booking and gave me the cash refund option and my booking was done through goibbo so my refund amount is to go to goibbo first and then they are the ones who refund this on my credit card. Today, date * August ****, goibbo did not provide any information about my cash. I want to get justice even in my booking details goibbo's app .I have my booking details pinne cancel details below ... I need to get a cash refund PLEASE ....
