I booked air tickets through Easemytrip.com for my Bangalore-Katmandu-Bangalore with travel dates to & from on *th&*th April **** respectively. The Booking reference was EMT******** dt:*th Jan ****. Me & My wife are senior citizens and was compelled to cancel the trip to Mukthinath pilgrimage due to covid-** Pandemic. Subsequently the Nepal Airlines themselves cancelled the flights RA ***&*** during the period and instructed the agent to refund in full. I paid Rs.*****/- but got a refund of Rs.*****/- only. The agent informed that they will reconcile their account with airlines and pay the balance in ** days but till date there is no response from them. All their contacts are suspended. Since amount involved is big for a pensioner like me, please take up with the company for getting back Rs.**,***/=
