Make My Trip - FLIGHT CANCELLED BY AIRLINE BUT NO REFUND RECEIVED YET AIRLINE HAS CREDITED THE AMOUNT TO MMT

I had booked a flight on *rd May,**** from Ranchi (IXR-BOM) to Mumbai. It was a go first airline and the flight was cancelled by the airline itself yet I haven’t received the refund even after more than * months. Every time I call the customer support of MMT they say the refund is being processed and I have called them more than *times. On contacting go airlines they say they have already processed the refund and it has been credited to MMT, so I need to speak to MMT for my refund. I have also received a mail from go airlines regarding the credit note that my amount has been credited but MMT has not yet given me my refund even they claim to process the refund within *-* business days.
