 - Flight cancelled by Airline apply Heavy Cancellation Closed

I have booked flight for my parents on EaseMyTrip.com for date ** May **** from BOM-AUH-BOM with GoAir flight and for this booking I have paid Rs. *****/-

GoAir Advisory On Coronavirus:-

As per above Mentioned link provided by EaseMyTrip.Com, Goair will process a full refund on all suspended flights by GoAir in the form of a credit shell, I am attaching snapshot for same information mentioned on EaseMyTrip.com site.

After requesting full refund for this booking EaseMyTrip release amount of Rs ****/- and deducted the cancellation charges of Rs *****/- without taking my consent that either I have to proceed or not.

I have applied full refund as per Advisory provided by them only and ticket is cancelled by airline not from my end then why this huge cancellation charges kept on me. After too many phone calls(frustrating long time waiting) and too many mails(wasting my energy) to EaseMyTrip they simply denying about this Losses stating that deduction from Airline not from our end we can’t do anything.(Then why EaseMyTrip mentioned Advisory for full refund for Flight cancelled by GoAir)

I have another booking for my Mother in Law from AUH-BOM for date ** June **** and now got cancelled due to COVID-** and facing same problem for Rs ****/-.

Kindly Guide me how to tackle this issue further.
