Dear sir,
I have taken a round trip flight from DEL-IXR and IXR-DEL dated on ** and **th nov respectively, due to some personal reasons i had cancel my flight. And i did it within ** hours of booking and my date of travel is not within * days prior to booking. So according to flight company (Air india & Air asia) they have recived the cancellation request after ** hour but from my side i filed the request well before ** hours, to be precise * hours before ** hours but the travel comapny i.e. Easemytrip.com has intiated the request after the completion of ** hours in the case of flight Air asia (IXR-DEL) on the other hand Air india (DEL-IXR) is saying they have given back the full payemnt refunded.
but my travel cpmany Easemytrip.com has given only a peny out it. they have refunded me only *** rupess agaisnt **** reupess of my ticket. And on several followups on call and mails they are not giving me any specific reason for that.
This is my humble request to you to get my payback from this travel company Easemytrip.com.
