- Flight Booking cancelled and they have deducted reschedule charge 2 times Closed

I have booked flight ticket on EaseMyTrip on[protected] from Bangalore to Trivandrum (DOJ: **/**/****) with an amount of *, ***.** with flexi plus fare. After that I have rescheduled the journey date to **/**/**** by paying an additional amount of ***.** Rs, hence my total payed amount becomes *, ***.** Rs.
Then I have cancelled my ticket on **/**/**** and your team has deducted an amount of **** (Airline penalty = ****, EMT cancellation service charge= ***, initial booking *** per pax = *** and Reschedule Charges *** per pax = ***) and again they have deducted ***.** Rs. That means they have deducted Reschedule Charges * times from my ticket.
Regarding this issue I have started mailing from **/**/**** onwards, At first they have said, my refund amount is *, ***.**, then have corrected it as *, ***.**, after that they have credited me *, ***.**. Now they stops responding to my mails.
