Refund of Cancellation of Ticket
I would like to bring to your kindest attention that, I had booked my ticket by on **/**/**** Goair thru makemy trip from Mumbai to Muscat on **/**/**** & Muscat to Mumbai on **/**/**** vide booking no NN*************.
I contacted several times makemytrip but in vain. I regret informing that till date I dt get my refund, it is over * months.
The refund does not reflect in my account till date, but in Makemytrip the status says refunded which is not true.
