I have booked a tatkal from Egmore to tenkasi on **th August for four people, while booking the tickets were waiting list ** - **. On the day of travel, two tickets got confirmed and two waitlisted. At the time I called irctc customer care about the waitlisted ticket, they said it will be automatically cancelled but it didn't. So I filed a File TDR on **rd September. Still today, no response from irctc (Over four month gone)
