My child for which I have register for Byjus.
But for the first month I m telling them that my child didn't study in your tab or app plz cancel it in that
Given them medical prob also
.... for that they contact me that your account sign problem is there it is getting prob deducting money form loan account. Then also I don't know how they put the sign and started the load form my hdfc account.
After that they told me it will get cancel but for that you have to pay *st instalment . I have done it but again again they are contacting bank me .
When I call flatiron bank they told me that you are cancellation is under process yet to approve. When they will approve it I don't know. For required details I spoke with flatiron bank customer care date ** mar **** time *:** PM PLZ CHECK RECORDING .......***-********.
He tell me to contact again Byjus plz help me to get out of it
