HI Ordered a TCL tv from reliance digital, As.rao nagar,hyderabad, tv was faulty and they didnt have a replacement, its been almost a month since i have returned the tv, they have been delaying the refund procedure stating that they haven't received the approval to cancel my EMI the yet, in anther * days my first emi of *k would be deducted i am really worried as they haven't updated me regarding the cancellation of the EMI.
They have just put me on a loop
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
