I booked a service from urban company on **th April. After * cancelled booking I got this one. A person came from urban company and checked that AC was cooling before service. He serviced the AC within ** minutes and said its done and went without getting AC checked. I switched ON the AC and found that it was not cooling at all. I calked him then and there he said try to ON the AC after * minutes it will work. I did same but it was still not cooling. I called him and requested to come back and fix the issue he denied in a very bad manner. I called UC and had a word with someine he stated that do not worry ur service is under UC warranty it will be repared soon. They again sent someone Mr Shadab (Senior). He checked and said that there is no gas in AC. I said howcome it was OK before service and he asked for extra charge for gas refilling. He said might be our last professional did not check the gas. I called Mr Ankit Saxena chat support Urban Company, who reopened my case for UC Warranty clearly said that they cannot do anything as their professional Mr Shadab saying that there is no problem from professional.
Now my question is if there was no gas howcome they did service of a faulty AC. They should have let me know about that.
*nd thing - senior Mr Shadab accepted that the mistake is from their professional for gas related issue. Mr Ankit also said that they only believe their professionals.
So I booked service from another person who charged me **** for gas and serviced AC again.
I want to claim my extra spent money, my wastage of time, unethical language used by professionals, incorrect service done of my AC and my mental piece.
They are just looting money. He opened my AC and loose the bolts so gas can leak and they again earn some bad money.
Please please please help me to get my hard earned money back.
