I purchased a air conditioner from Arora Sales, Palwal on *st May ****, but after * days it started making too much noise. I called customer care but fue to covid effect, they were not giving services that time. So after more ** days i lodged a complaint on Twitter. Then their engineer visited and recorded video on behalf of which the company said the compressor is faulty. Then they said we will repair that compressor. But i dont want that repair as main unit is repaired and when already company sending the product by checking then how it became faulty. It means their is sone cheap part in it. So i demanded replacement of product of refunding my amount but company now not ready on any matter. But earlier they too my bank details and all. Its simple that they are making fool of the customer and how within a run of ** to ** days a new compressor can become faulty???
