I had bought Royal Enfield Himalayan BS* in May ****. It was performing well for some *-* months, then i started facing issues in my cone set & i raised a complaint in service center multiple times still they are unable to fix it. Because of this issue i had an accident thrice ( recent one was * week ago where my hand got fractured ) as my handle gets stuck while taking turns. I had emailed this issue to their customer care they registered my complaint then called their service centre to get it fixed but same issue keeps happening after every *-* months of them fixing. They just do temporary fix every time & i've to visit their service center again & again. I'm not at all satisfied with their service & i just need refund now as this issue is very serious & i could have loose my life in those accidents. I tried settling down this issue with company but they said we don't have any refund policy, but if bike has manufacturing defect why i should suffer because of that. Please help me with the process.
