Royal Enfield - Faulty part

After three days the service centre said there is porblem with the canister of a bike that has run **** km and only for * months. Reson being I filled too much full. Max I filled Rs ***.
How is that too much. What's the point in keeping such a big tank then.
And then they are not giving the bike back because the detail of my purchase is not uploaded online.
I am without bike for three days.
I have tocall the service centre to check onmy bike and remind them that I had given the bike for repair. So irresponsible. I am so disgusted and unhappy.
