I brought new AC-Daikin *.*T *SINV FTKM**U # Serial No ************** from Reliance digital seawood mall Navi Mumbai and delivered on **.**.****
Mr Girish from shop attended and assure services, but My friend beware me from purchaseing from Reliance digital but I ignored him as I new to Mumbai recently transferred
On **.**.**** at *.** PM , for AC installation Mr Armaan Malik came and start installation My new and First AC in my Home come out of Box , but Picture start from here . Mr Malik didn't no about AC installation under trainer worker send by reliance executive and finally AC installation completed at **.** pm with different type of sound come out of AC . Mr Malik said that piping issue is there and get automatic resolved just wait for * to * days demand Rs **** for free installation.
We wait for as it's my First AC , but sound increase day by day as because mr Malik not installed AC properly
On **.**.**** call to Reliance call centre about issue , lady said we will send our executive which is chargeable , I begged him that your engineer not properly installed AC so why can we paid for that , but not agreed Call No. **********
On same date we visited shop from where we purchased and start our story . finally Executive told that we will look into that and on **.**.**** executive come for fault cheking but they didn't find it and start videos recording of sound and stating that we will replace your AC and lodge complaint with Daikin after some time near about ** min he came with another executive for fault cheking, they check and hammer by AC adjusting pipes by manhandle my new AC but not getting repaired ànd not understand so I was very frustrated demanded that I want new AC replacement or refund my money. After some on same date that my indoor main condensate line is clogged and water came outside from main indoor unit due to improper and faulty service by reliance executive on **.**.**** as first Sound problem not solved as cooling coil distribution brust
Sir I request for replace my AC by new one or issue refund to me due to faulty service from your end I am mentally harrased by this
