I am writing to you once again regarding the unresolved safety issues with my Super Splendor Xtec, as detailed in my previous communications. Despite my repeated attempts to address these concerns through multiple ways, the issues persist, putting my safety at risk every time I ride the motorcycle.To recap, the problems I am experiencing include:Automatic Shutdown: The bike frequently shuts off during slow rides, which is incredibly dangerous, particularly when crossing highways, BRTS lanes, signals, and railway crossings. On multiple occasions, I have narrowly avoided accidents due to this issue.Light Malfunction: The headlight turns off for a few seconds when reducing gears, posing a significant risk during nighttime driving.I have already contacted your dealership, Bike Automotive in Sanand,Regional office, regarding these issues, but unfortunately, no permanent satisfactory resolution has been provided. As these problems persist, and considering the serious safety implications, I am left with no choice but to escalate this matter further.If these issues are not addressed promptly and effectively, I will be forced to seek assistance from consumer protection agencies to ensure my rights as a consumer are upheld and to prevent any further safety risks associated with the operation of the Super Splendor Xtec.I urge you to take immediate action to rectify these issues and provide me with a clear plan of action to resolve them. My primary concern is the safety of myself and other road users, and I trust that you will prioritize this matter accordingly.
I expect to receive a response from you within seven days outlining the steps that will be taken to address these concerns. Failure to do so will leave me with no option but to pursue legal recourse.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
