i had purchased Hero Passion Pro BS* bike with registration number GJ**HU**** from jalaram auto hero motocorp(Surat-Gujarat),since purchased of bike,problem occure within ** days of bike purchased, self start is not working,display become blank, gear shifting issue,repetedly sensor altert battery issue, i faced number of issues with this bike and its company fault in this bike otherwie number of problems are not occured within ** days of bike purchased of normal usage.More than ** times i put my bikes in company authorisation workshop though none of technician had resolved my bike issue,i suffered too much,while staring bike i have to use kick and due to this i am suffering pain in legs, its looks like i paid my hard earned money hero moto corp and jalaram hero for get get pain in mind and purchased pain in my body instead of bike.Hero moto corp has sold me pain instead of bike. i request VOXYA replace my bike with new one as its company fault bike,and offer me compensation of Rs ****** as i suffered too much, i have each and evry communication proof via eamil as well as telephonic communication.Each and every officer of hero company has not resolved my complain, evereyone has do time pass with me and not resolve my complain.i have to file complain to consumer forum(court) and file complain, If voxya need all communication proof(email and telephonic),then its with me.and if you need any clarification then you can also contact me at +** **********.
