I have purchased Blue Star AC from reliance store with a brand of Bluestar on dated January *st **** and it's not even * months completed. There was very less cooling so I had raised a complaint. After a lot of struggle technician finally visited on and he said that there is a gas leakage which he fixed. Then after * days again I faced the same issue.
On dated **th April ****, again I raised the complain and again after a lot of harassment finally the technician visited on dated **th April **** and said that the net of this AC needs to be replaced and committed me he will come the next day and today is April **th but he hasn’t arrived yet. I have been chasing them but neither they are answering my calls nor they call back.
It's being only * months that I have purchased an expensive new AC but this seems that it's not working and is faulty. Hence I want a replacement. Because as per the reliance policy they will provide me free servicing for * months only and after that I had to pay for it and as I explained earlier that within * months I am facing huge cooling issues so there is a higher possibility that this product will trouble me later, hence I want a replacement of the same. Kindly do the needful.
Also, I want to bring * more point to your notice that since the time I have purchased this Ac I have been struggling with the reliance technicians. Customer service team, reliance store team, naming a few I remember are Subrimanauam, Ashok, Kartika (they all work in reliance digital store, Navallure Chennai). They promise that the technician will visit on specific date and time as per their convenience but their technician never comes and I have been calling them several times but they never respond to the call or they procrastinate the things. This is really frustrating and a waste of time. I request you to kindly take some strict action against this staff. So that in future they can respect the time and deliver what they promise.
Lastly, kindly replace the product.
