Dear Sir/Madam
I've taken byjus course of INR ***** and in the form of loan EMI and filled a nach mandate. Later we dropped out the classes within ** days and now the new loan was ***** which we paid through net banking. Even after full payment, by falsely using the NACH MANDATE of ***** byjus have deducted first installment at ** Apr ****. We have tried numerous times to solve the issue but no help from your side. My personal mentor who convinced me to pay is not attending my call for a month now.
I kindly request you to please resolve our issue as soon as possible and make them refund our money.
