Moglix - False advertising for order generation and delivering subsidiary product

Forwarding a copy of the complaint letter sent to the online store:
Team Moglix,
It is with paramount displeasure with your service that I am writing this letter. Before I go into the details, I would like to point out the factors that disappoint me as a customer.
*. Very long queue on the phone if tried to contact the customer service.
*. Despite the patient wait on queue, the customer gets highly unprofessional and poor service from the service executive who provides vague answers on order tracking.
*. The online user interface which provides wrong data on order tracking. (My order seems to be still cancelled, even though you delivered the false product, way too long after the deadline).
*. False advertising a product and delivering a different product of subsidiary quality (Tynor was the brand I ordered and Flamingo is the brand I received. See the attached photographs for proof)
*. Delivering products which differ from the product specification of the purchase order (Tynor "L" was the order, and Flamingo "XL" is what I received. See the Photographs).
*. The MRP on the delivered product is less than the upfront payment done by the customer (See the invoice and MRP printed in delivered product from a photograph. I paid *** for a product worth ***).
*. Delay in the delivery of the product and irresponsibility in meeting the deadlines. (Original order placed on the **-**-**** and second quality product delivered on **-**-****).
*. Substandard packing of the product. See for yourself from the photographs.
Now moving on to the details, my order ID is *******. I have made an upfront payment of Rs. *** towards an order of a "TYNOR Pregnancy Back Support Size: L" on **/**/****.
Today, on **/**/**** I received a product from another brand of substandard quality. Not only that the brand is subsidiary to my order but the product quality is also substandard. Also, the model of the product differs from what is advertised on your website. This is clear fraudulence and misrepresentation of data in business. Reminding you that, it is a severe offence according to the Indian Civil Law. On top of that, the MRP of the product delivered is Rs. *** whereas you have made the customer to pay an upfront amount of Rs *** which is again cheating. And selling a product above MRP is a violation of the commercial rules in India. These offences are punishable under the Indian Rules for Sales and Commerce, Civil Rules etc, and the customer has a claim for reasonable compensation from the vendor, which in this case is Moglix. Also, you can see from the photographs that, the quality of the packing is terrible.
This kind of irresponsible business attitudes from thugs like you has hindered the acceptance and growth of eCommerce business in India. If you do not have the product in hand, then you shouldn't advertise the same. If you didn't have the right product, the least thing you could have done is to intimate me and cancel the order and refund my money, rather than sending a substandard product and cheating me. But as an Irony and a matter of fact, I can still find the product I ordered TYNOR Pregnancy Back Support Size:L in your sales page. Then why didn't you deliver the same product to me? Are you not cheating your entire customers?
I am putting forward the copy of this letter to the officials, Bureaucrats, politicians, media and the public. Also planning to start a campaign in social media platforms to bring forward your fraudulence. Let's see, how many customers have been cheated by your day robbery and how many will testify against you. I pledge to use all my powers and authority to bring your dirty business to light. I will be moving legally through civil courts too, to see that justice is done.
Finally, I demand the refund of my money at the earliest. I do not want a fake product of substandard quality.
