I baught ** units of cutting player from moglix and when the parsel came there was only ** units.so a complaint was raised and a representative called me from moglix and asked me to give him my account number. so in responsive to the call. I mailed the company my account details for refund. In two three hours they again mailed me that it is not possible to refund as my return has been rejected by them self. I have all mails and unboxing video.of my product
