I have Ordered "Tynor Adjustable R.O.M. Knee Brace for Multiple Orthopedic Problems, Size: Universal" on Moglix website on **th June **** & I have received the product on **th June ****.
I bought it for my mother, who is suffering from knee pains. The product description says that it reduces the weight on the knee so that there will be no pain or reduced pain. The ROM (Range of Motion) is adjustable i.e. it can be adjusted to the level where the user feels comfortable & no pain or minimum pain but the product not at all reduces any weight on the knee rather it is putting more weight (product weight) on the leg (knee). When I contacted Moglix, they asked me to share the pictures of the box & the product. I did so & finally they replied saying that the ordered product is been delivered & they will not take the return or refund the amount.
This is a pure cheating.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
