I have ordered a Pump and the order was prepaid. I requested For refund immediately after one day as the delivery date was extended and by that time the product was not dispatched. They sent the product forcibly and even after requesting refund they processed the order. I have requested on their customer care number about the incident that even after cancelling you are sending it, they haven’t stoppered the consignment.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
