I Have Ordered A Set Of Fire Extinguisher On **th February **** And It Got Delivered On **rd February **** And Then I Checked The Product And Found That The Product Wasn't Like What I Expected.
That Means, I Thought The Fire Extinguisher Will Be Useable For Blowing Out Fire In Electrical Circuits, Electrical Equipments And On Electrical Wires And Cables But In Reality There Was Detergent Like Mixture With Water And It Will Completely Cause Adverse Affects If I Try To Blow Out Fire On Electrical Wires/Cables, Electrical Equipments Etc.
So I Thought To Replace/Return This Product And Luckily There Was Return/Replacement Policy Under This Order.
A Customer Has The Right To Return/Replace The Product If He Isn't Happy With The Product And It's Performance And That Was Also The Reason I Bought The Order So I Requested For Return From PayTM Mall App And Then The Return Request Got Placed On **rd February(Same Day When The Order Was Arrived) And I Provided The Reason As 'Not Useable For Blowing Out Fire On Electrical Equipments, Wires/Cables Under 'Reason Field' And Didn't Upload Any Image Of The Product As It Was Optional And Proceeded.
And Then The Expected Deadline To Pick Up The Product Was *st March But No Pick Up Was Done Till *st March(* Days Already Passed Out Of * Days Of Return Window)
And Then The Expected Pick Up Date Was Also Extended To *nd March But Nothing Happened. Courier Guy Never Came To Pick Up The Order. And In This Duration Return/Replacement Period Got Over/Completed That Means * Days Got Completed, So Return/Replacement Window Got Closed.
So I Had To Contact Customer Service Through The PayTM App And Also On Twitter Handle Of PayTM To Explain My Problem.
Then PayTM Assistant Asked Me To Provide Images Of Products From All Sides Along With Polybag And Invoice, Serial No. Packaging Etc.
I Sent/Provided Them All The Asked/Required Information/Images. Then The Asked Me To Send The Screenshot Of Product's Description Page So I Sent Them The Screenshot Of Description Page, Then They Reverted Back To Me And Said That I Got The Same/Correct Product Accordance With The Specifications Mentioned Under Product's Description Page.
And I Got An Email Where It's Written That, Product Is Tampered, Missing Freebies, Packaging Is Poor That's Why My Return Request Got Rejected.
On Other Hand(Twitter) They Are Saying That I Got The Same/Correct Product As Per The Description That's Why Return Couldn't Get Initiated!
How PayTM Can Provide Me Different Excuses For The Same Order???
But No One Picked Up The Product At First Place.
What's The Meaning Of Return/Replacement Policy Of * Days???
It's Something Like Scam
