Samsung - Fake refund given by company

I received a TV as a gift which was defective so I complained to Samsung. And asking fir replacement because this is brand new tv and delivered by Flipkart and all process is guided by Flipkart.
I am asking to company regarding replacement and only replacement but company manipulate me and saying that you will get a refund against your tv. But * am not agree to taking any refund because i font know about the refund coupon etc. So i want only of my new tv. But after that many debates i am agree to taking a refund coupon and handover the defective tv to service centre (om computer darbhanga). Next day i am going to purchase a new tv then store keeper said to that it is fake coupon delivered to you. So kindly contact to samsung. I am totally shocked. Because it is getting after many verification stages. Now one responded to me.
