I purchased the IIT-JEE tablet in September ****, the salesman promised that my kids will get one on one attention but it is far away from reality. Initially they would call once in every month to check on my kids and during those conversations they just asked my kids to promote their app and convince their friends to buy the app package and if my kids ever asked a doubt they made them post it on their website through which my kids were never benefitted as the answers were never satisfying. And now they barely bother to call .They said that buying the package would give us more content but the content is just same as on the free app which is not enough for IIT-JEE at all. And there was never a way through which my kids could contact them if they wanted to contact them they would have to wait for their monthly call. And when the pandamic hit they made the app completely free and provided new content for free and when I asked whether the new content can be updated to my tablet they said I would have to pay extra money for it. The pandamic was same for everyone but I think they completely missed the point as the parents who bought the app before the pandamic were completely at loss.I want refund now for making fake promises and trying to use my kids for selling their product. Even the scholarship scheme is fake please help me get my refund.
