Amazon India - Fake product Delivered

I have purchased a Dell Laptop Battery, Which stopped working within the warranty period. So, I contact the manufacturer Dell, after checking the images and bar_code of the battery, the told me that this is not a genuine dell battery and suggested me to contact amazon for further help. So, I forwarded the same email conversation to Amazon regarding the issue on **-oct-****, since then I have spoken so many times with their customer care executives, I tried to connect their social media team via Twitter, but they failed every time I reached them. Even they have not shown any progress in resolving the issue. So, decided to take some strict action again this issue.
